Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Floor Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will lead the floor staff, manage workflow, and maintain a positive and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Staff Management: Supervise and coordinate floor staff to ensure smooth operations.
· Customer Service: Ensure customers receive prompt and courteous service at all times.
· Training: Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching to team members.
· Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any customer complaints or operational issues.
· Inventory Oversight: Monitor stock levels and coordinate with management for replenishment.
· Compliance: Ensure all staff adhere to company policies and safety regulations.
· Scheduling: Assist in creating staff schedules and managing shift coverage.
· Reporting: Provide regular updates to management on floor activities and staff performance.
Qualifications:
