Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly and efficient Waiter/Waitress to take orders and deliver food and beverages to our customers. The ideal candidate will enhance the dining experience by providing excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

· Greet and Seat Guests: Welcome customers and guide them to their tables.

· Present Menus: Offer menus and answer questions about menu items, specials, and promotions.

· Take Orders: Accurately record food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system.

· Serve Orders: Deliver food and beverages in a timely manner.

· Customer Service: Check on customers to ensure they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems.

· Handle Payments: Present bills and process transactions.

· Maintain Cleanliness: Keep dining areas clean and tidy at all times.

· Follow Regulations: Adhere to all food safety and quality regulations.

Qualifications:

· Prior experience as a Waiter/Waitress is a plus but not required.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

· Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

· Positive attitude and a team player.
