- Salary range: $2,500 - $3,000
- Working hours: Mon - Thurs: 8:30am - 6pm, Fri: 8.30am - 5.30pm; Alternate Sat: 8.30am - 12.30pm
- Working location: Jurong
Responsibilities:
- Understand customer concerns and recommend services and repairs of their cars.
- Advice on vehicle maintenance and warranties also schedule service appointment.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate diagnostics and repairs.
- Provide update of vehicle status to customers throughout the service process.
- Review service and repairs together with customer after service completed.
- Attend customer’s enquiries and requests at service reception.
- Issuing job cards accordingly for proper documentation.
- Provide quotations and cost estimates for labor, parts, and additional services to customers.
- Process service orders, invoices, and payments.
- Maintain detailed records of services performed and parts used.
- Communicate with customers for approval to carry out additional repairs
- Liaise with workshop quality controller after completion of repairs to confirm the job done
Requirements:
- Possess class 3 license
- Experience in a Dealership setting environment.
- Attention to detail and delivering high level of customer service
- Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance
