Job Summary
We are looking for a Data Analyst to support the design, development and implementation of various dashboard requirements in a renowned Bank.
Mandatory Skill-set
- Degree holder with a minimum 3 years of experience in delivering end-to-end data and/or digital transformation solutions;
- Experience with QlikView and Qlik Sense, including dashboard development, data modelling, and reporting;
- Translating business requirements to technical terms like Data Mapping;
- Proficiency in Business Intelligence (BI) tools, visualization tools, and scripting;
- Knowledge of SQL for data manipulation;
- Good experience working with business users;
- Excellent problem-solving, strategic thinking, written, presentation, and communication skills;
- A good team player, with the ability to function independently.
Desired Skill-set
- Work experience in banking industry.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a team of data analysts and business users throughout each project stage to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of dashboard solutions;
- Involve in requirements gathering and analyze requirements from business stakeholders;
- Clean, transform, and analyze data to ensure its suitability for dashboard development;
- Perform data discovery and analysis from the bank’s data platform to assess the feasibility of requirements;
- Develop visually appealing and intuitive dashboards in QlikView/Qlik Sense to effectively communicate key insights and metrics;
- Apply best practices in user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design.
- Conduct testing and troubleshooting to ensure dashboard functionality and performance across different devices and platforms;
- Conduct training sessions and roadshows to promote awareness and usage among target users.
