Our client is a reputable international luxury Jewellery that has retail stores all over the world and is currently looking to have a Vietnamese speaker to handle the Vietnam market.
Working Schedule: 5 day work week including weekends
Work Timing: Shift hours, no overnight shifts
Working Location: Central working location
- Facilitate online and phone sales in order to reach set goals and objectives
- Handle Inbound and outbound customer contact via telephone, e-mail, live chat and other (social) media from customers within the SEAO region
- Assist in coordination and communication between Clients and various channels (Stores, Repair Centre, Client Services Overseas, RMS, Stocks etc)
- Coordinating events nationally and internationally, RSVP of VIP Clients and Media (Fashion Shows, Openings, Exhibitions)
- Outbound calls to Clients includes invites to events and Client Satisfaction Surveys
Requirements
- Min. 2 years experience in call centre environment.
- Strong communication skills in spoken and written English and Vietnamese to deal with the local speaking customers.
- Possess a good learning attitude and is customer service oriented.
- Has working knowledge in Microsoft Office
- Willing to work on weekends and public holidays as per schedule.
