Supervisor

L.a. Management & Consultancy Pte. Ltd.

Responsibilities:


1. Team Leadership

Supervise and coordinate the activities of engineering installation and repair teams.

Train and mentor engineering staff to ensure compliance with safety standards and quality work.


2. Project Management

Oversee engineering projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Develop and manage project schedules and timelines.


3. Quality Assurance

Inspect work performed by engineering project staff to ensure it meets industry standards and specifications.

Ensure compliance with local engineering codes and regulations.


4. Technical Oversight

Provide technical support and guidance for complex engineering installations and repairs.

Troubleshoot engineering issues and develop effective solutions.


5. Budget Management

Prepare and manage budgets for engineering projects, including labor and material costs.

Monitor expenditures and ensure cost-effective practices.


6. Client Communication

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding engineering projects.

Address client concerns and ensure satisfaction with completed work.


7. Safety Compliance

Enforce safety protocols and practices among engineering teams.

Conduct regular safety meetings and training sessions.


8. Inventory Management

Oversee the inventory of engineering supplies and equipment.

Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely procurement of materials.


9. Reporting and Documentation

Maintain accurate records of work completed, including reports on project progress and employee performance.

Prepare reports for upper management on project status and outcomes.


10. Continuous Improvement

Identify opportunities for process improvements within the engineering division.

Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices.


Requirements:


Trade school diploma or completed apprenticeship.


Minimum 3 years of experience in construction/ civil engineering industry.


Valid class 3 driving licence .


Good interpersonal skills and patience.
