We are looking for a junior Associate to join our Corporate M&A team in Singapore for 6 months.
Based in Singapore, this practice has an excellent market reputation and will provide the opportunity to gain top quality experience across a diverse range of work including cross-border deals.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to be academically strong, posses excellent technical skills and have a strong client focus. In addition, you should have the following attributes:
- NQ - 2PQE (on the UK scale)
- Common law qualified
- Corporate M&A background ideally within an international law firm environment
- Demonstrate a keen interest and enthusiasm to learn about our clients' businesses
- Work well in teams
- Be autonomous and self-motivated
- Good relationship building skills
