Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full lifecycle of standard product R&D projects, taking full responsibility for functionality, commercial success, and outcomes.
- Act as a liaison to ensure transparent and efficient communication across departments including R&D, Supply Chain Management (SCM), Project Management (PM), and Production.
- Meet marketing objectives and adhere to cost budgets and project timelines.
- Guide and manage diverse internal and external teams to achieve project goals.
- Manage relationships with all project stakeholders, including international product management, subsystem suppliers, and production teams.
- Continuously track and control costs, quality, schedules, scope, technical performance, customer satisfaction, and risks.
- Conduct regular sprint reviews and stand-up meetings to align efforts across the organization and track progress against plans.
- Adhere to the company's Code of Conduct in all professional activities.
- Have the authority to make decisions, including granting discounts, signing documents, and other actions in accordance with company policies.
- Bear full responsibility for the budget, scope, quality, and schedule of assigned R&D projects.
- Have the power to make decisions regarding local sourcing.
- Proactively seek support and initiate escalations as necessary, ensuring alignment with budgetary constraints.
- Determine the specifics of task execution within your area of expertise, following company guidelines and best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in mechanical, software, electrical, or electronic engineering, or a related field.
- Possess over three years of experience in managing projects for the development of series products, such as electromechanical systems, software development, and application projects.
