Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement automation testing for desktop, web and mobile applications.
- Utilize and enhance automation frameworks and tools to improve test efficiency.
- Lead efforts to promote and drive the adoption of automation testing within the QA team and across departments.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure seamless integration of automated testing in the development cycle.
- Identify and resolve issues in testing processes and methodologies.
Requirements:
- +5 years of demonstrated experience in automation testing for both desktop, web and mobile applications.
- Strong knowledge of automation frameworks/tools (e.g., Selenium, Tosca, etc.).
- Experience in leading or driving automation test adoption within an organization.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
