As the company continues to expand, we are seeking an experienced Purchasing Director to join our team and help optimize our procurement strategies to drive further growth.


**Job Description:**

As the Purchasing Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the company’s overall procurement strategy. You will ensure that all purchasing activities are conducted efficiently and align with the company's growth objectives. This role includes leading the purchasing team, managing supplier relationships, controlling procurement costs, and ensuring supply chain stability and sustainability.


**Key Responsibilities:**


- Develop and execute the company’s procurement strategy, optimizing purchasing processes and improving efficiency.

- Select, evaluate, and manage suppliers to ensure product and service quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.

- Manage supply chain risks to ensure stable and sustainable procurement activities.

- Control purchasing costs through negotiations and tenders, optimizing supplier contracts and pricing.

- Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure procurement activities meet business needs.

- Analyze market and industry trends to make proactive procurement decisions.

- Lead and manage the procurement team, enhancing performance and developing training programs.

- Manage the procurement budget to ensure expenses remain within set limits.


**Qualifications:**


- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field.

- At least 10 years of relevant procurement experience, with 5+ years in a managerial role. Experience in the industry sector is preferred.

- Strong knowledge of supply chain management, cost control, and supplier management processes, with proven negotiation and contract management skills.

- Excellent leadership abilities, with the capacity to lead and motivate a team to achieve goals.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships with internal teams and external suppliers.

- Strong analytical and decision-making skills, capable of addressing complex procurement and supply chain challenges.

- Proficiency in English; international procurement experience is a plus.
