Responsibilities:
- Coordinate, supervise, and manage projects, including electrical installation inspections and licensing inspections, as directed by the Project Manager.
- Monitor project site progress to ensure adherence to the master schedule, installation methods, operational work statements, and industry Codes of Practices.
- Liaise with all relevant stakeholders regarding work progress, acceptance, and plan approvals.
- Collaborate effectively with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve issues and secure necessary approvals at each project stage until final handover.
- Support price negotiations, manage purchase orders, and assist in drawing preparation and related procurement activities.
- Ensure timely allocation of resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, for various project types such as power upgrades, tenancy renovations, and A&A works.
- Compile comprehensive Operation and Maintenance Manuals, including specifications, equipment installation details, and As-Built Drawings.
- Conduct inspections and testing to ensure the electrical safety of installations in commercial, retail, healthcare, and industrial buildings, in line with Codes of Practices.
- Review drawings and documents for Tenancy Works, Power Upgrading Works, and Licensed Electrical Worker Services.
- Handle CS3 Endorsements, licensing renewal quotations, and inspections for ECS Building
- Manage preventive scheduled maintenance and shutdown servicing for electrical installations.
- Participate in company tendering and quotation processes to support business growth.Develop intricate piping system drawings utilizing 3D modeling software.
- Craft detailed isometric drawings for modular and equipment setups.
- Partner with engineering teams to guarantee adherence to safety protocols in design.
- Examine and assess engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Demonstrate proficiency in offshore project experience and comprehensive knowledge of piping systems.
- Possess a thorough understanding of piping industry terminology and materials.
- Ensure work is completed within project deadlines and in compliance with industry regulations.
Requirements:
- Candidates with Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Power/Electronics Engineering and relevant experience
