- Manage Project mangement including projects in Renovation projects in HDB and commericial, Construction New Projects, Design, Submission, Legislation, Hacking,Electrical, Plumbing, plastering, Furniture, painting.
- Project execution in a timely maner.
- Waste management such as Construction waste, Industrial and Commerical waste, Interior waste collection and disposal knowledge
(Hardcore, Wood, Metal, Plastics and etc.,)
- Yard maintain in tip-top condition without fail clear everyday for smooth operation.
- Waste collection and disposal work closely with NEA and other authorities.
- Metal (HMS1/HMS2), AL and other metal materials seggretion used /new and stock maintenance
-Underground Construction piping knowledge and submission knowledge
- Work closely with operation, Drivers, Plumbers, Electricians and others..
