We are hiring a Commercial Operations Support Specialist for a strong commodities trading company. The role will handle shipping logistics, vessel movements, Letters of Credit (L/C), and documentation for the chemical trading team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Help the operations team with price calculations, P&L management, and shipping documentation.
- Coordinate bulk shipping operations and communicate with overseas offices and shipping companies.
- Assist in managing the business by tracking positions and supporting daily operations.
- Work closely with internal teams (Finance, Accounting, Logistics)
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure proper shipping documentation.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Supply Chain or equivalent with 1 year’s experience in a chemicals trading company.
- Experience in chemicals bulk business preferred
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to take on new challenges.
- Commercially focused and flexible individual
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
