Responsibilities:
1. To be responsible for achieving monthly sales target set:
- To source for new projects through recee, cold calling, telemarketing, referrals for new and existing subscribers
- To carry out sales presentations and negotiation
- To prepare security designs and proposals
- To secure contracts and to achieve the individual sales target as agreed with the the HoD /
2. To carry out post-sales activities:
- To provide customer service and to manage customer relations.
- To coordinate the installation of secured contracts, including the application of telephone lines.
- To coordinate with various departments on installation and commissioning work to ensure jobs are carried out within the given time frame and to customers’ satisfaction.
- To chase for and follow up on the status of payment from customers.
- To participate in all customer rapport program agreed by Customer Service Dept.
- 3. Sales related duties and task:
- To collect and share useful market information collected from external parties eg. market competitors’ information.
- To participate in marketing and/ or new business development activities as assign by the HoD Sales Manager
- To undergo training for new product and services arranged
- To network with main contractors and/or other contractors to get new leads
- To assist HoD / Sales Manager in qualifying sales enquiries
3. Responsible for overall safety performance when executing daily works
- You should possess at least a Diploma with 1-2 years direct sales experience in the service industries
- related to industrial products and building industry. You must be pleasant, motivated, organized self-
- starter with good written, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. Also with good
- business acumen & ability to build professional relationship with people at all level.
