Our goal is to make our seniors' lives more fulfilling. That is why our community and volunteer activities are at the heart of what we do. Through our Active Ageing Centres, we engage seniors and support them by reaching out to them, understanding their needs, curating programmes that cater to those who are active, and befriending those who are isolated and vulnerable.
As a Senior Programme Associate, you play an important role in sharing our goal in the work of the AAC and assisting the Centre-in-charge in fulfilling the objectives of the AAC and meeting the targets set by the management and funders. You will engage the community in addressing the needs of the seniors.
You will need to
- Promote NTUC Health Eldercare services and programmes
- Develop and implement outreach plans
- Plan, implement and manage the active ageing programs and activities for seniors
- Collect regular feedback from befrienders on vulnerable seniors' conditions
- Engage community partners to address seniors' issues
- Plan marketing activities and develop publicity materials
- Develop the network and collaborate with community partners and national bodies
- Empower and develop active seniors to serve other vulnerable seniors in the community.
- Support necessary evaluation and all critical reporting processes for the management and funders
- Support CIC/Cluster Manager in recruiting, training and supervising staff and volunteers
QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma or Degree from any discipline, with 3 years of social service, community engagement, or eldercare experience.

- Have strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Genuine interest to engage our seniors in the community.
- Be proficient in Google Suite Applications
