Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Human Resource Specialist (Training/ L&D):
Job Descriptions:
- Develop and implement a learning and development framework aligned with organizational and staff needs.
- Conduct training needs analysis for staff by collaborating with divisional heads and create a functional training roadmap.
- Plan, organize, facilitate, and manage resources for employee development and training events.
- Coordinate external training programs and handle the application of relevant training grants.
- Monitor and control training budgets, assessing the costs of planned programs.
- Maintain and update all training records.
- Employee Engagement: Design and execute workforce engagement initiatives, including coordinating and evaluating the effectiveness of employee satisfaction programs.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to plan and organize company events and communication activities.
- Take ownership in reviewing and improving HR processes, incorporating IT solutions for efficiency.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Business or Human Resources or any related field.
- At least 1 Year working experience in learning & development or HR generalist.
- Confident to work and communicate with all levels of personnel, from entry level to top management.
- Strong Computer knowledge in excel, power-point and automation tool (Uipath, VBA, Power BI)
Additional Information:
- Salary: Up to SGD 4,200 + VB (3 - 5 Months)
- Working Location: Central
