Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Warehouse/Store Senior Supervisor:
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the Store Department in executing daily activities and operations as instructed by the manager.
- Address discrepancies in deliveries with suppliers, such as returning excess quantities, replacing shortages, or handling damaged goods.
- Record any items rejected by requisitions upon receipt, noting reasons for rejection on the delivery order.
- Maintain and update all stock records for incoming and outgoing materials using the stock system.
- Issue materials to the workshop/production according to the work schedule via the stock system.
- Inform the purchasing team when materials reach reorder levels for replenishment.
- Unpack, label, and organize goods for work-in-progress and stock storage.
- Coordinate with production personnel and prepare material requisition forms, charged under factory expenses.
- Supervise and train all staff in the Store Department, assigning daily tasks to the team.
- Plan and conduct quarterly and annual stock counts.
- Monitor and replenish inventory controlled by the store.
- Raise Material Requisition Forms for stock purchases.
- Report the performance of the Store Department to Management.
- Submit inventory records, stock reports, and other necessary documents to Accounts and Management in a timely manner.
- Conduct annual performance reviews for store staff.
- Lead and implement continuous improvement and productivity activities within the Store Department.
- Schedule and carry out maintenance work for the forklift.
- Optimize warehouse space through efficient material storage.
- Organize daily deliveries of parts to customers, including subsidiary customers.
- Take on additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned by Management.
- Follow the procedures of the Quality Management System for effective implementation and control.
- Authority: Authorized to plan, allocate, assign, maintain, and approve relevant documentation as specified under ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
Job Requirements:
- Min O/level, Nitec or Diploma in related field.
- Min 2-3 years of relevant working experience is required.
- Ability to operate a forklift is required.
Additional Information:
- Salary: Up to SGD 3,500 +AWS +VB (Around 2 Months)
