Job Description:

  • Inventory Management
  • Includes maintaining inventory accuracy by preparing reports, coordinating with clients and warehouses for timely shipments and document provision, raising purchase orders, reviewing inventory, and handling inventory issues
  • On-time Administration of Billing and Reporting to Client
  • Handling Customer & Product Complaint
  • Scheduling & Handling Secondary Redressing Requirements
  • Key Account Management
  • In urgent situations in lieu of the Client Service Specialist presence, assist the Client Service Specialist in taking down the client’s request and relay them to the specialist.
  • Reporting
  • Generate and provide stock disposal reports to clients on a monthly/ quarterly basis
  • Others

  • Min N/O level and above
