Our esteemed client, an established recognized MNC, is searching for a Service Desk Officer/Customer Service Officer (Bowling / Main Lobby):
Job Responsibilities:
Customer Service Officer (Main Lobby)
- Handle telephone calls and answer enquiries about the Club’s facilities and functions.
- Manage Club programme applications, enquiries, and facilities bookings.
- Perform cashiering duties.
- Provide membership services, including the collection of sub-fees.
- Conduct administrative tasks, such as safe-keeping and recording of key issuance, and other tasks assigned by the Head of Department.
- Administer lost and found items.
- Record incoming cheques.
- Assist in tender briefings, collection, and recording of tender documents and deposits.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level qualification
- Atleast 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays when required
Additional Information:
- Working Location: Changi (Pick-Up Provided at Tanah Merah MRT Station)
- Working Hour: 5 Days (Shift Rotations)
- Salary: Basic up to S$2,200 + Allowance
