Responsibilities
- Track CRM data integrity and provide regular gap reports
- Trawl the internet for client information required in CRM
- Collaborate with internal customers for client information required in CRM
- Carry out client data input, updating and generation of client listing reports
- Analyze CRM user activity
- Analyze Client Categories
- Carry out Database Marketing
- Track client communication activity and provide dashboard reports
Requirements
- Minimum diploma in business or marketing
- At least one year of sales and marketing support experience
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Technology savvy
