Job Description:
- Developing strategies marketing plan including GTM strategy, pricing and promotions.
- Responsible for assigned brands business achievements including managing vendor relations and expectation and product and inventory management.
- Manage products forecast, marketing planning and budgeting, and execution, including follow-up closely on marketing claims and closure.
- Plan all sales and marketing activities and promotions in advance and ensure compliance in execution.
- Accountable for achieving set Sales Targeting and KPIs given.
- Conduct immediate review of all major marketing activities and promotions for performance achievements.
- Strong engagement with sales teams, brand owners and channel (platform) partners to continuous seek ways to increase sales.
- Conduct quarterly and yearly business review with sales and brand owners to review brand performance for immediate and future improvements.
- Gathering market intelligence on competitive and new products, industry trends and development and constantly look out for new opportunities to grow the brand business.
- Involve in contract negotiation.
- Lay down standard operating procedure (SOP) and guidelines within the team.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Business/Marketing/IT or an equivalent discipline
- At least 3 years of strong experience in ecommerce industry, experience working in vendor and distributor level is a big plus
- Must have past experience in managerial/leadership role
- Highly organized and efficient
- Tenacity to develop ideas independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrates excellent communication (written & spoken) and follow-up skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Have strong networking skills, team player, adaptive, ability to multi-task and able work under pressure
