Job Description:
- Perform nursing duties such as patient monitoring, taking of vital signs, basic wound care, administer medication, and documentation.
- Provide counselling to patients and NOK.
- Prepare reports and refer patients to hospital or relevant specialist if necessary.
- Ad hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirement:
- Diploma/Degree in Nursing
- Candidates who can do Phlebotomy, Venipuncture, & IV Cannulation are advantageous
