Job Description:
- Lead a team of operational staff to provide facility management services.
- Planning and implementing equipment maintenance programme if required related to ibase
- Liaison with Clients, contractors on matters relating to repair and maintenance
- Preparation of quotations, recommendations to sites
- To carry out any other duties as and when directed by HOD
Job Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering/ Mechanical/ Facilities Management
- Min 5 years of experience in property management
- Ability to work independently but also be a good team player
- Possess strong communication, organizational, interpersonal and leadership skills
