NTUC Health Co-operative Limited (NTUC Health) is an NTUC social enterprise that provides a comprehensive and integrated suite of quality and affordable health and eldercare services to meet the growing needs of families and their dependents. Building on close to three decades of experience and expertise, NTUC Health is among the largest providers of active ageing, senior day care, nursing home, and home personal care services in Singapore. We also serve vulnerable seniors in selected areas in Singapore through Community Case Management Services (CCMS), CREST mental health support, and a sheltered senior group home. In addition, we run a family medicine clinic.

Our goal is to make our seniors' lives more fulfilling. That is why our community and volunteer activities are at the heart of what we do. Through our Active Ageing Centres, we engage seniors and support them by reaching out to them, understanding their needs, curating programmes that cater to those who are active, and befriending those who are isolated and vulnerable.
As a Programme Associate, you play an important role in sharing our goal in the work of the AAC and assisting the Centre-in-charge in fulfilling the objectives of the AAC and meeting the targets set by the management and funders. You shall also look out for vulnerable seniors and support their needs.
You will need to
- Promote NTUC Health Active Ageing Centres' eldercare services and programmes
- Conduct/support active ageing programmes and encourage active participation with seniors which includes conducting community screening assessments, organising and conducting active ageing programmes
- Providing befriending services
- Monitoring their vital signs.
- Coordinate care and support services through internal referral or to external agencies
- Provide support to seniors at outreach events and programmes.
- Carry out administrative functions such as data entry, record keeping and report submissions in a prompt and accurate manner
- May be required to perform additional duties and work over the weekends or after office hours
- Diploma or Degree from any discipline.
- Proficient in Google Suite Applications.

Additional Advantageous Skills:
- Good knowledge of various eldercare services and support in the community setting.
- Ability to converse in local languages.
The employee may be required to work on some weekends and weekday evenings when there are programmes or events during those times.
