New Life Student Care is catered to Primary school-going children, 7 – 12 years of age. Our mission is to mentor children to become disciplined and confident individuals through providing Holistic Engagement at our three centres.
We are looking for dedicated and passionate individuals working with children and partnering with parents, volunteers, and other stakeholders to support the children’s development.
Responsibilities
- Oversees and manages the quality & operations of centre.
- Lead and guide Staff, build a positive, friendly and supportive centre culture.
- Source & plan engaging activities and holiday programmes for children.
- Plan Character-Building Programmes.
- Build good rapport with parents, volunteers and other stakeholders.
- Identify and refer children and families to appropriate assistance when necessary.
- Inter-departments Collaboration to provide programmes which meet children’s needs.
Requirements
- Minimum Polytechnic Diploma or higher
- Possess primary school content knowledge for Homework Guidance
- Passionate and committed to connecting with children and families
- Service-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in English and Mandarin
- Team player
- Adaptable to changes
