Provide administrative support to the management team and office staff
Maintain and organize company files, records, and databases
Manage scheduling, meetings, and appointments for executives
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed
Assist in the coordination of real estate transactions and documentation
Track and manage deadlines, contracts, and client communications
Maintain office supplies and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Liaise with clients, vendors, and service providers
Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role, preferably within real estate or investment firms
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented and proactive problem-solver
Familiarity with real estate or financial services is a plus
