- Frontline Service like attending to students, parents and walk-in visitors
- Handle calls and enquiries to the General Office from stakeholders such as parents, public, teachers and students
- Accept Goods delivery to the reception counter on behalf of staff
General School Administration
- Preparation and verification of documents
- Reconciliation of accounts and data
- Data Entry duties
- Maintaining and updating of records
- Compilation of statistics
- Filing and typing of School’s documents
- Drafting of correspondences
- Perform any other duties assigned by School Leaders and Administration Managers
Qualification
- The Personnel should have the following qualifications, skills and experience:
- GCE ‘O’ Level qualifications
- Basic IT skills, proficient in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel and etc)
- General Admin and Customer Service experience
- 3 years of working experience in a school environment
