Roles & Responsibilities
· Provide consistent professional spa massage (either foot or body) in accordance with spa standards.
· Professionally advise customers on the benefits of the treatments performed.
· Setting up spa and work stations, responsible for the maintenance of cleanliness and neatness of the spa facilities.
· Handle customer queries and concerns efficiently and politely.
· Maintaining records and filling documents.
· Be sensitive to each customer’s comfort level and service needs.
Requirements
· Preferably with ITEC / WSQ certificate or massage certification.
· Able and flexible to work on weekends / public holidays / after office hours.
· Customer oriented with a pleasant personality.
· Be professional and well-groomed.
