- Attend to phone calls and walk-in enquiries;
- Maintain registry of all incoming & outgoing mails;
- Accept mails/goods on behalf of school and ensure prompt routing to the staff in-charge;
- Printing jobs and issuing of stationery to staff & students; maintain stock of office stationery;
- Attend to students matters including unwell cases, lost & found etc
- Clerical duties such as survey collation, data entry, filing, minutes-writing etc
- Any other duties as assigned by the school.
Requirement:
- Full GCE O Level or A Level certificate or its equivalent
- Good communication and inter-personal skills
- Good team player who is resourceful and has a high level of initiative
- Meticulous and detailed in carrying out tasks
- Proficient in MS Office
- Possess initiative and resourcefulness to handle challenging situations
- Knowledge of first-aid is preferred
- Must have at least 2 years of experience working in a school or related environment
