Responsibilities :
- Progress Monitoring: Closely monitor the construction schedule, identify delays and their impacts, and assist in preparing Extension of Time (EOT) claims and client presentations.
- Reporting & Analysis: Generate comprehensive progress reports, S-curves, and progress trackers, and conduct programming health checks to ensure project alignment.
- Recovery & Optimization: Create recovery programs and summarize key strategies to address challenges, including developing baseline schedules with resource and cost allocations.
- Planning Coordination: Prepare, coordinate, and update the project planning requirements to ensure alignment with targets.
- Program Updates: Revise the Project Construction program and its status to produce weekly and monthly reports with accompanying trend charts.
- Internal and Client Reporting: Prepare and distribute program updates as needed for internal and client reporting to ensure progress aligns with objectives.
- Management Interaction: Collaborate with senior management to provide detailed program information necessary to support claims.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering/ Construction Management
- Prefer with Primavera and Microsoft Project
- Relevant LTA project experience.
