Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and monitor the day-to-day manpower schedule and the operations of the respective sites
- Conduct OJT training for new hires and conduct refresher on SOP
- Handle workplace investigation, grievance, and discipline
- Plan and schedule training for security personnel in alignment with PWM requirement
- Prepare weekly reports & weekly meeting minutes.
- Lead and handle a team of Patrol Officers & Control Room Operators
- Report to Operations Manager / Director
- Other ad hoc requirements by the company
Job Requirements:
- PWM SS Rank & above
- Min 2 years of working experience in the security industry
- Class 3 Licence
- Own vehicle preferred
- Flexible and able to handle stress
- Good interpersonal & communication skill
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- 6 days work week
