Accounting Bookkeeper (F&B Retail)

• Working day: Mon to Fri, 5 day work week
• Salary: S$ 1,800 - 2,500 (depend exp)
• Working location: Bugis
• Working hours: 9am - 6pm

Position Overview:

We are looking for a Bookkeeping Accounts Executive to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations. You will play a crucial role in supporting our financial operations and helping to achieve our organizational goals.

Key responsibilities:

Financial Record-Keeping

• Maintain accurate ledgers, invoices, and receipts
• Manage and interpret financial books

Transaction Processing

• Process accounts payable and receivable
• Perform regular bank reconciliations

Financial Reporting

• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
• Track budgets and analyze variances

Compliance and Audit

• Ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulations
• Support internal and external audits

Strategic Support

• Provide financial insights to inform operational decisions

Skills and Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, Excel
