The Operations Manager leads and manages the team to achieve operational excellence. This includes overseeing the receiving, storage, order processing, and shipping of products while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. The manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, implement best practices, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

v Lead, mentor, and motivate all staff to achieve performance targets and objectives.
v Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and oversee day-to-day warehouse activities, including receiving, put-away, order picking, packing, and shipping.
v Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure accuracy and timeline Identify areas for process improvement and implement strategies to increase efficiency and productivity.
v Implement best practices for inventory management, order fulfillment, and quality control.
v Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and implement safety measures to prevent accidents and injuries.
v Conduct regular safety training and promote a safety culture within the team.
v Collaborate with customer service and sales teams to meet customer requirements and address any issues related to order fulfillment.
v Generate and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess overall performance and make data-driven decisions.
v Prepare reports on operational metrics, inventory levels, and order accuracy.
v Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries of goods.
v Evaluate vendor performance and negotiate contracts as needed.
Requirements:
v Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
v Physically fit to carry heavy objects
v Execute other ad-hoc duties as required by the management from time to time
v The ability to work under pressure
v Willing to work within opening hours (e.g. Night Shift/ Rotating Shift / Weekends)
