Jobscope :
- Meet the monthly and annual sales goals set by the Boutique Manager.
- Adhere to all sales and operational processes in line with company policies.
- Serve as a brand ambassador by showcasing extensive product and brand knowledge, as well as providing excellent customer service.
- Foster high customer satisfaction to cultivate long-term relationships between the brand and its clients, including addressing after-service concerns closely with customers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support events, activities, and changes in visual merchandising.
- Ensure the boutique is maintained in optimal condition at all times, including cleanliness, safety, and security.
- Assist with any additional tasks assigned by the Boutique Manager.
Requirements:
- Experience in selling luxury jewelry or watches or luxury fashion preferred
- Experience in clientelling is preferred
