Position: Beauty Advisor
Location: JUNGSAEMMOOL ION Orchard Boutique / JUNGSAEMMOOL Flagship Store (27 Scotts Road)
Employment Type: [Full-Time]
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests and offering personalized beauty advice.
- Demonstrate and promote a wide range of beauty products, including skincare, makeup, and professional tools from JUNGSAEMMOOL Beauty.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to answer customer queries and make informed recommendations.
- Assist customers in selecting products that best suit their needs and preferences.
- Ensure the beauty section of the store is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
- Handle sales transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends and product launches, particularly K-beauty trends.
- Participate in store events and promotions to drive sales and enhance customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Beauty Advisor or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong passion for beauty products and trends, especially K-beauty.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with customers and provide personalized service.
- Knowledge of skincare, makeup, and fragrance products.
- Sales-driven with a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
