Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the entire sales cycle.
- Actively generating new leads and develop new business opportunities.
- Conduct cold calls and face-to-face meetings with clients
- Enjoy interacting and communicating with people, maintain good rapport with existing clients
- Follow-up on leads and sales inquires
- Leading the sales team and provide mentorship to team members
- Closing sales and driven to achieve monthly sales target
Job Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma/ITE in Engineering or relevant disciplinary with experience in the telecommunications industry
- Experience in leading a team of sales consultants to achieve sales targets
- Minimum 3 years of proven track record in prepaid sales
- Attractive remuneration package including good basic salary, transport allowance and commissions
