Job Responsibilities
- Salary management: Payments, deductions, tax returns, Treasury data submission
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including of job postings, interviews, and onboarding new employees.
- Managing EP and SP Application, Renewal, and Cancellation
- Management of HR-related regulations: Salary, attendance, benefits etc
- Updating and implementing employee’s handbook and organization’s HR policies
- Preparing and submission of IR8A and tax clearance
- Implement performance management programs to monitor employee progress. Coordinate performance appraisals, manage of employee evaluation system and results
- Supporting on dealing with grievances and disciplinary issues
