Our client is a global insurance firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process all incoming requests within the service standard and ensure all processes are done prudently and in accordance to all regulatory and corporate requirements.
- Perform data entry on policy request - customer data management, change of address, updating of undelivered addresses and change of customer particulars/contact details.
- Attend and handle enquiries of the sections made through referrals promptly.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems or equivalent.
- Customer oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Independent and self-drive individual. Able to adapt to fast-paced work environment.
- Proficient in MS Excel and Word.
