Our Client is a leading leading stable firm.
1. Responsibilities:
Engage with an agile development team to produce high-quality software applications that meet specified requirements. This role may involve:
• Collaborating with stakeholders to confirm business requirements,
• Creating Apex classes and triggers to fulfill business needs and develop custom user interfaces,
• Utilizing Salesforce APIs for integration with third-party systems and WoG components/services,
• Following Salesforce best practices, including thorough documentation.
Qualifications:
Development and Customization Expertise
• Proficiency in Apex development,
• Experience in developing Visualforce pages,
• Skills in creating Lightning components,
• Familiarity with third-party API integrations,
• Background in data migration using other CRMs, such as data loader.
Configuration Expertise
• Practical experience in administration setup, including managing organization, users, profiles, roles, security controls, and data/support process configurations,
• Ability to design custom objects, fields, picklists, page layouts, workflows, approval processes, validation rules, and flows,
• Experience in configuring reports and dashboards,
• Knowledge of OmniStudio and Omniscript is a plus.
• Capability to work independently,
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to deliver optimal solutions,
• Effective communication skills with customers and business stakeholders, providing consultation on Salesforce solutions,
• Certified Salesforce Platform Developer,
• At least 5 years of experience in Salesforce development, particularly with Service Cloud.
