Job Description
This role will involve content planning and writing, video production and editing, collateral designing, marketing and management on websites, email marketing channels, and social media platforms to grow the company'sand products’ presence on social media and other digital outlets.
- Perform full spectrum of duties to plan, conceptualise, design, develop and deliver the marketing and communications materials to raise awareness and engage stakeholders actively to drive sales
- Structure and build online learning platform with interactive and “edutaining” content to make learning accessible using Thinkific
- Implement communications plans, including outreach schedule, for digital and social media and developcontent for social media platforms and other owned digital channels
- Create engaging content to publish on various media outlets and Thinkific, including video production and editing, using Canva, Capcut and/or Adobe applications
- Plan and produce video series that connect new and existing learners to the real-life case studies and learn from others’ perspectives
- Design new email marketing templates and update existing ones where needed
- Building database and distribute the eDM content via Mailchimp
- Liaise and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to prepare content for social media and learning platform, Thinkific
- Communicate politely and timely to customers via different means and platforms
- Perform any other ad-hoc tasks(s) assigned
Person specification
- Educated to diploma or higher level
- Adept in technology
- Excellent interpersonal and team working skills, to be able to clearly and concisely communicate aims, creative approach, priorities and concerns
- Proficient in using Office 365 applications including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook, video production and editing applications, and also design tools for materials, i.e. Canva, WIX
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Good in understanding of social media
- Good in multimedia skills to present online content
- Creative and think outside the box
- Able to work independently and collaborate with others as required to achieve desired objectives
- Able to demonstrate creative problem solving and negotiations
