Responsibilities:
- Develop engaging learning materials based on lesson plan provided by Instructional Designer (ID) within specific timeline
- Partner ID to present deliverables to client.
- Change and update content based on client’s inputs in the respective LMS.
- Support in HQ services for the administration and upkeeping of IT devices for the division.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Multimedia Design or any related higher qualification or equivalent.
- A working knowledge of SCORM
- At least 2 years of working experience in the Training Development Sector.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Experience with:
- Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate, iSpring.
- Basic Knowledge of UI/UX .
- Creating bite size video & infographics.
- Education and training applications such as Kahoot! Padlet, and Mentimeter.
- Basic Learning Management Systems knowledge – WizLearn, Canvaa, iLearn, etc
- Microsoft Office
- Design Content Architecture
- Ideal of curriculum design, content development and training best practices is preferred.
- xAPI
- Able to work on-site
