- Lead, coach, and support the deployment of Operational Excellence (OpEx) and IMEx principles across all departments and ecosystems.
- Mentor Continuous Improvement (CI) champions and OpEx specialists to drive capability building throughout the site in IMEx and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Lead or facilitate Lean or Six Sigma projects based on business needs, aiming to improve performance metrics aligned with external benchmarks and the Balanced Scorecard.
- Ensure alignment of goals and consistent application of IMEx standards to achieve results in key areas such as safety, quality, supply, finances, and people.
- Collaborate with the Site Leadership team to develop and deploy strategies, standard work practices, and structured Gemba activities across ecosystems.
- Provide leadership to site Yellow Belts (M1) and deliver OpEx orientation and Root Cause Analysis training to colleagues.
- Promote best practices and facilitate knowledge sharing across the site and the broader network, while coordinating participation in the Global IMEx Community of Practice.
- Work closely with the Regional Deployment Lead to ensure consistent application of IMEx principles, and coordinate the CI governance forum to ensure consistency across ecosystems.
- Collaborate with regional leaders to continuously refine and improve IMEx operating standards, balancing world-class performance goals with practical, sustainable solutions.
Accountabilities:
- Successful IMEx deployment as per plan.
- Achievement of Continuous Improvement goals.
- Progress of Six Sigma projects leading to measurable business improvements.
- IMEx element scores and health check maturity.
