About the Role:
As a Regional Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) services to one of our key clients, a global leader in the HVAC industry. You will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple locations in the APAC region, including Singapore, Malaysia, New Zealand, Japan, and Australia.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, ensuring their recruitment needs are met with tailored solutions.
- Lead and manage a high-performing team of Talent Advisors, Sourcers, and Administrators across multiple locations.
- Drive continuous improvement in service delivery, exceeding client expectations and achieving SLAs.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for optimization and growth.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement strategic initiatives that enhance the RPO program.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in an operations, delivery, or account management role within a reputable staffing agency or Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) provider.
- Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and experience in managing high-volume recruitment projects.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented culture.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
