We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to fuel our growth.
In this role, you will:
· Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and create job descriptions and hiring strategies.
· Source potential candidates through a variety of channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, networking, employee referrals, and social media.
· Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure they meet the qualifications for the role.
· Manage the full recruitment cycle from initial contact to offer acceptance, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
· Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
· Be responsible for maintaining effective communication with our headquarters to ensure alignment on recruitment strategies and initiatives.
· Coordinate and schedule interviews, providing timely communication and updates to candidates and hiring managers.
· Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
What we expect of you:
· Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or similar role.
· Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g., social media, job boards, Boolean search).
· Experience in international or regional recruitment would be an advantage.
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
· Ability to manage multiple open positions and deadlines simultaneously.
· Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS – SAP is a big plus)
· High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
· Fluency in English.
