Responsibilities
- Managing the daily infrastructure and help desk request.
- Checking and monitoring the Access & intrusion list and administration for Security Firewall.
- Daily checking and monitoring Anti-virus definition file update on PC, laptop and servers.
- Perform various Windows and Windows Server Operating Systems administration, installation, patches review and installation and problem troubleshooting.
- Perform Email system, Cisco Router, Cisco Switch and IP PABX administration and maintenance.
- Review and conduct impact analysis of IT infrastructure requirements and issues.
- Perform periodic preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance for software and hardware.
- Perform Ad-hoc assignment as and when request.
- Responsible for managing company IT assets.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Information Technology / Information Systems / Computer Science or other relevant disciplines
- Knowledge on Cisco VLAN, Cisco Access Points, WAN, Security Firewall, SSL VPN, Microsoft Outlook, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, ACL, GPO, Microsoft Office, Windows and Windows Server operating system
- knowledge on Avaya IP PABX System
- Knowledge on Microsoft Azure and Amazon Cloud platforms and services
- Possess knowledge of integration with SaaS platforms
- Good team player, energetic, resourceful and able to work under pressure with minimum supervision
- Demonstrate high level of professional ethic and personal integrity
