Be A Tennis Coach with
TAG International Group
Requirements:
1. Playing ability:
- ATP Ranking of 1000; or
- ITF Junior or Senior Ranking of 100;
- Top 10 Player in home country at any time in career;
- Singapore Open Singles or Doubles Champion;
- Singapore National Games/ Pesta Suka Singles or Doubles Age Group Champion; or
- Singapore Tennis Association Inter-Club A Grade Champion
2. Qualifications:
- Must be a degree holder;
- Certified professional tennis coach by country’s national tennis association based on ITF syllabus, PTR, USTA, USPTR, GBTCA, TCA, or AATC;
- Speaks proficient English;
- Must have at least five (5) years coaching experience;
- Must have attended and possess SportSG’s Values and Principles certification;
- Must have attended and possess Basic First Aid and AED certification;
- As we service a number of contracts of local government agencies and schools, candidate must be provisionally or formally National Registry of Coaches (NROC).
3. Work Requirements:
- Six (6) day work week (one designated weekday off);
- As we are in the service industry, 7-8am lesson, and 9-10pm lesson is compulsory for clients before work and after work;
- As we are in the service industry Saturday, Sundays and public holidays is compulsory when clients are not at work;
- 40-44hours per week of on court coaching required that are either private or group lessons as may be deployed by the Company.

1. Monthly Basic
2. Monthly Fixed Allowance
3. 14 days Annual Leave
