- Provide DevOps-level support for MobileIron, Intune, Remote Access, and other end-user platforms.
- Support Windows 11/Intune environments.
- Manage incidents, outages, and problem resolution for critical services.
- Collaborate with Tier 1 and Tier 2 Service Desks, vendors, and engineering teams for escalated issues.
- Oversee access management, compliance, and governance for service platforms.
- Coordinate disaster recovery events and service improvement plans.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Intune-related issues, including device compliance and connectivity.
- Perform patching, autopilot updates, and driver/firmware servicing.
- Support over 150,000 mobile endpoints and drive transitions to future platforms.
Requirements:
- 1- 5 years Strong experience with Microsoft Intune, mobile device management, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of Windows, iOS, and Android operating systems.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and Intune Graph API is a plus.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- ITIL/DevOps experience and relevant certifications are advantageous
