Position: Human Resource Assistant(Part-Time/Japanese Speaking) - CK
Working hours: 3 days work week, 9am to 5.50pm
Job Description
1. Expat Support:
- Manage enquiries and onboarding/offboarding for expats
-Arrange orientation for new joiners
-Provide weekly report on expats arriving in Singapore for business trip
2. HR Support
- Prepare monthly accruals for income tax and bonus, NS bonus (VB and AI)
- Process educational claims and support in payroll
-Updates of BIPO System
-Prepare personnel costing and department budget for HR &GA
-Provide quarterly headcount report to Accounting Team
3. Regional Support
-Administer quarterly regional NS headcount survey
- Maintain and update regional NS database (Excel, need to know how to work with tables)
- Administer annual regional fixed asset survey at end of December
-Provide administrative and logistical support for Regional Workshop
Job Requirement
-Degree holders in BA or HRM or its equivalent
-Good communication and interpersonal skills
-Proficient in Microsoft office and preferably some exposures in SAP System and or BIPO HRMS
-Preferably some working experience in HR and Administration.
-Business level of Japanese is required
