Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate production processes on daily basis to meet delivery schedule
- Coordinate different sections within the operation department to ensure material availability for jobs and carry out cost control
- Inform Production Manager to prevent the occurrence of any production shortfall with respect to the delivery schedule
- Allocate and deploy manpower effectively for optimum productivity
- Analysis and troubleshoot manufacturing issue and process improvement
- Evaluate and recommend processes improvement
- Conduct training for supervisor, technician and operator and ensure that all staffs adhere to safety rules
- Manage good housekeeping practice of the workshop and premise
- Prepare and update all assigned reports
- Any other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Mechanical / Manufacturing / Industrial / Production Engineering or equivalent
- 1~ 2 years of working experience in the related field
- Experience in managing a team of production operators and technicians
- Good analytical and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast pace environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates
