Job Title: Chef
Resposibilities:
- Prep duties (precook, quality check)
- Follow existing recipes, portion controls and presentation specifications
- Perform inventory control & stock purchase for food section
- Replenish items and ingredient (pre-cook, cutting, preparation duties, etc.)
- Take in charge of food & dessert station
- Cook and serve a la carte on the menu
- Maintain the highest quality, consistent standard of food
- Maintenance, cleaning, and ensuring stock is up to date
Work schedule:
- 6 days / Week
- Rotate shift ( assigned by the head chef )
